Information we collect

Our forms collect your name, email address, phone number, course interest, preferred location and timing, group size, and any message you provide. Some forms also ask for your role, organization or training center, and whether you want to host at your facility. We receive any additional information you choose to send in follow-up correspondence.

Our hosting and security services process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and security signals to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.

How we use information

We use inquiry details to respond to you, discuss course options and pricing, coordinate training and scheduling, and maintain related correspondence. We use technical information to operate the website, validate submissions, troubleshoot problems, and prevent spam or misuse. Submitting a training request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic. This involves processing your IP address and browser and connection signals. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve its bot detection. We check the domain portion of your email address through Cloudflare's DNS service to help confirm that it can receive email. Form submissions are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) to Pro Cert Life Support's designated email recipients. Amazon Web Services and our email provider process the information needed to deliver and store these messages. We may also disclose information when required by law or as necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Website analytics and Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website and improve its content, navigation, and training request forms. Clarity collects website usage information, including pages visited, clicks, scrolling, browser and device information, and page performance. It uses this information to produce heatmaps, behavioral metrics, and session replays of website interactions.

Microsoft receives this usage data. Clarity can use first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies to recognize browsers and connect visits. Microsoft may also use the data for its own purposes, including product improvement and advertising, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Clarity masks input values, and we additionally mark our training request forms for content masking, including messages displayed within those forms. We do not send your form submissions to Clarity as analytics events. Your submitted inquiry is handled through the email services described above.

Cookies and tracking choices

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit analytics but does not necessarily stop all website usage data from being collected. We do not load Clarity when your browser sends an enabled Global Privacy Control signal or a Do Not Track setting of "1". These choices do not change the hosting and security processing needed to operate this website.

Microsoft also provides an opt-out through the Digital Advertising Alliance. Cloudflare's security services may use cookies or similar technologies where needed to protect the website. Blocking those security technologies may prevent a form from working.

How long information is kept

Inquiry details and correspondence are held in our email systems. We retain them for as long as needed to handle your request, coordinate related training, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. The period depends on the nature of the request and any ongoing relationship with you. Analytics, hosting, security, email delivery records, and backups are also subject to the relevant service providers' retention practices.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can browse without submitting a form. If you choose to send a request, required contact and scheduling details help us respond. You can contact Pro Cert Life Support at bookings@procertlifesupport.com with privacy questions or to request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Depending on applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and some information may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. We will explain if we cannot fulfill your request. To ask us to reconsider a decision, reply to our response or email the same address with the subject "Privacy appeal."
